Major League Soccer approached NBC to “Launch” the new MLS season with a series of kick-off promos. We took that task pretty seriously and developed this spot cleverly titled Launch, around the rising popularity of the sport and the next generation of players inspired by today’s MLS stars.
The concept featured MLS players in a constant flow of upward motion, literally launching off-screen as the energy of the game continues to rise. The spot was filmed over several days at MLS training camps in Tucson and Orlando, capturing professional players in an energetic, highly stylized production.
From concept development through production and post-production, Loaded Pixel brought the creative to life with dynamic cinematography and visual storytelling designed for television. The result was a fast-moving sports promo that connected the growth of Major League Soccer with the growing number of young fans who see themselves in the players they look up to.
