BOBBY
Executive Producer / Founder
Bobby Reed is the Executive Producer and founder of Loaded Pixel, a creative production company trusted by major brands for high-impact commercial storytelling. He leads productions for clients like Wawa, the Philadelphia Eagles, Penn Medicine, and Deardorff, delivering work that blends cinematic quality with brand strategy. Drawing on his background in live event production, Bobby brings a level of speed, organization, and on-the-ground efficiency to the commercial and film world that sets Loaded Pixel apart. His command of brand voice, production leadership, and client relationships has cemented the company as a standout studio in the commercial space.
Before shifting into brand storytelling, Bobby produced a feature documentary Unschooled, which premiered at DOC NYC in 2019 and SXSW EDU in 2020, along with the short film Eleven Past Ten, featured at the Philadelphia Film Festival. His career began in live sports production with Fox Sports Midwest and evolved into producing 280 pre/postgame shows for the Kansas City Royals on Fox Sports Kansas City. He later became a national editor with Versus and NBC Sports, contributing to coverage of the World Series, the Stanley Cup Finals, Wimbledon, Super Bowl LI, LIV, LVII & LIX, and the 2018 Winter Olympics.
Bobby is also active in the nonprofit and arts community. He has served on the board of the Philadelphia Film Society for over six years and continues to use his platform to elevate emerging talent. Through Loaded Pixel, he partners with organizations like Big Picture Alliance to give back, create opportunity, and help train the next generation of filmmakers and storytellers.
Tim
Director / Founder
Timothy Lanzone is a multi award-winning content creator and director with over 15 years experience writing, directing, and crafting ideas for iconic brands and companies including NBC, Comcast, Wawa, Izod, Merck, GlaxoSmithKline, The University of Pennsylvania, and the NHL.
Winner of multiple Telly’s, Promax BDAs, Addy’s and Emmy Awards, Timothy began his career as a Writer/Director for NBC Sports where he developed original content for Major League Soccer and the UFC. Before starting Loaded Pixel, Timothy became Creative Director at one of the largest east coast production companies where he directed short and long form commercials for clients across the pharmaceutical, healthcare, financial and retail sectors.
Beyond commercial work, his groundbreaking feature film Travelling Salesman was an official selection at the New York City International Film Festival and won multiple awards at San Francisco’s Silicon Valley Film Festival including Best Picture and Best Actor. In total, Travelling Salesman screened at over 30 events and festivals in five continents since its global release.
He earned his MA in Filmmaking from the London Film School, studying under the tutelage of famed filmmaker Mike Leigh.

Timo studied jazz music and poetry at the University of the Arts in Philadelphia, Pa.
His work has won Emmy, Grammy, Addy, Telly, and AFI awards.
He enjoys succulent plants, hunting, tattoos, nice parties, and cooking breakfast.

Emily
Post Production Supervisor
Emily is a creative producer, production manager/post-supervisor, and voice-over artist. Heavily influenced by theater, and all-around bizarre humor, often involving large ensembles.
She has produced several films and web series in Philadelphia, NJ, and Chicago throughout the past decade+. The films she's produced have been featured in various film festivals, such as the London International Film Festival, The Bush Films Festival, The Spirit of Chicago Film Festival, and most recently SlamDance.
When she is not media-making, she loves to cook and bake, obsess over animals, sing and listen to music, and spend time with her toddler, husband, cat, friends, and family.

Jake
Editor / VFX / Colorist
Jake is a graduate of Temple University graduating with a Media Studies and Production degree.
With 8 years of post production experience in editing, animating, coloring and VFX compositing, Jake makes the pixel magic happen.
When he’s not at his edit suite, you can find him making bagels, tending to his herb garden or at the rock climbing gym.

Shane
Editor / Animator
Shane has done professional video editing, cinematography, and animation for clients such as Will Smith, Cesar Millan, Futurama, Wawa, Kurt Vile, and many others. He also writes and directs comedy films and web series.
Shane also writes, directs, and produces narrative comedic films and web series independently, as well as has produced and performed in live comedy shows.
We like Shane, he’s funny.

Sophia
Junior Producer / Social Media Manager
Sophia is an emerging star having begun at Loaded Pixel in 2023. She has studied Film and Business at Columbia University, in New York, NY. She has Written, Directed, and Produced various short films, one “Hero for Humanity”, being screened at Tribeca Film Festival in 2021, on WHYY in 2022, and placed 3rd in the global Robert F. Kennedy Ripple of Hope Foundation Film Festival.
When not in the office, she enjoys baking Pavlovas, live music, and hosting dinner parties!
